Remington Building (49RMB) Cooling Tower Replacement

To replace the cooling tower which has reached the end of its useful life at the Remington Building. The Work shall include the complete removal of the existing cooling tower and the installation of a new cooling tower system. a. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the Work, including required permitting, as well as any other requirements needed for a complete and operational cooling system, pursuant to the plans and specifications. b. Remove and properly dispose of the existing cooling tower. c. Install new cooling tower on the existing concrete pad. d. Provide all required electrical work, including electrical power service disconnects and reconnections. All electrical work provided by the Contractor must be done by a licensed electrician. e. Perform all necessary start up functions and inspections to place equipment in full operational mode including factory startup of the new cooling tower.
