Capitol Street Stairs Irrigation Project

In accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, the Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tax, equipment, incidentals and services for the construction and completion of the Capitol Street Stairs Irrigation Project. The work includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing a water pollution prevention program, traffic control for street closures and detours, installation of irrigation system, and function testing of the irrigation system. Capital improvements shall include but are not limited to demolition, and all ancillary work associated with the work, completed in place as shown on the drawings and specifications. The Bidder shall include in his bid and provide all labor, tools and materials for a complete and working project in conformance with the intent shown on the drawings and specified herein. Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day. A pre-bid conference will be held at, in the, Vallejo, California. This meeting is to inform bidders of project requirements and subcontractors of subcontracting and material supply opportunities.

Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
