Low Country Senior Center Interior Non-structural Upfit

Project has been awarded but the award amount has not been confirmed City of Charleston is soliciting bids for a selective interior up-fit to the Low Country Senior Center Construction Cost Range: $150,000 - $225,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Limited interior upfit to include minor selective demolition. new floorings, painting, toilet partition replacements, cabinetry and tops, minor plumbing, and electrical work. Facility will be unoccupied during the work.
