Hanahan High School Roof Replacement/Repairs

Base Bid work includes total removal of existing roof systems down to the structural deck for Roof Areas B, C, D, E, G, J, K, M1, M2, N, Q, R, S, V, X, Z, AA, BB, DD, and EE for approximately 596 squares. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included. Base Bid work also includes metal roof repairs/maintenance and metal wall panels where noted on drawings. Alternate Number 1 work includes repairs to low-sloped Roof Area I for approximately 299 squares. Alternate Number 2 work includes replacement of all thru-wall flashing where roof replacement is occurring for approximately 580 LF. Alternate Number 3 work includes replacement of Roof Area I in lieu of repairs down to the structural deck. Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two-ply modified bitumen roof system. All associated sheet metal components and accessories are included.
