Description

Dredging and grading the detention pond behind Atlanta Housing's property at 2240 Peachtree Road Northwest, reshaping the ponds banks, demolishing and replacing the existing outlet control structure, demolishing and replacing 54' of 12" CMP and PVC with 15" RCP, demolishing and replacing the 12" PVC energy dissipation tee with a concrete junction box and 4' of 18" RCP, demolishing and replacing the existing chain link and wooden fences with a 6' chain link fence, filling in the hole and gully scoured by overtopping stormwater, removing vegetation from the downstream slope of the embankment, and planting trees adjacent to the property parking lot.
