Description

Engineering Services to Design Plans for a Highway Garage and Salt Storage Facility Using Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certified Building Methods. The Town desires that this project shall consist of the development of a design plan for a LEED-certified building and energy efficient features. This work includes formulating construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates; assisting with SEQRA review; and providing construction support and associated contract administration and inspection services. Engineering services will be administered by the Town Supervisor or her designee. In addition, the awarded vendor’s responsibilities would include without limitation
