Description

Preventive maintenance agreement for eight (8) City buildings from professional heating and cooling service companies employed in the field of sales, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment similar to that equipment used by the City. The agreement will for a period of two (2) years; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for one additional 1-year period.
