Description | Place Seal Coat on Parking Lots - 610A4-23-507 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, parts, materials, labor and supervision necessary to completely seals approximately 110,000 SF of parking lot and repaints parking stalls crosswalks, curbs, and at the Northern IN VA Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Ave, Ft. Wayne, IN 46805. Refer to attachments and Statement of Work for complete description of the requirements. Period of Performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. An organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled for: Date: Tuesday, 4 April 2023 at 10:30 am Location: Bldg. 4, Room 103, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 Magnitude of Construction: Between $25,000 and $100,000 NAICS: 238990 - Building and Property Specialty Trade Services Small Business Size Standard: $19.0 Million This solicitation is 100% set-aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. See VAAR clause 852.219-10. NOTICE: The VA and/or a third party (support contractor) will require access to the VA contractor records to assess contractor compliance with the limitations on subcontracting compliance requirements included in VAAR 819.7004. See VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction (NOV 2022) in General Conditions Bid Opening will be held via phone conference at the time specified in block 13 unless otherwise stated via amendment Call in information will be provided via amendment prior to bid opening NOTES: (1) Failure to provide all documentation required by this solicitation may be grounds to deem your offer nonresponsive. RFIs must be specific identifying section, paragraph and page no. of the specifications or cite the drawing number and must be in question format. All RFIs submitted shall include the solicitation number and title, contractor name, city, state, telephone, email address, date submitted, and the RFI question(s). RFI responses will be posted to www.sam.gov as necessary in amendment format. The deadline for submission of RFIs for this solicitation is close of business April 10, 2023. No questions will be answered after this date unless determined to be in the best interest of the Government as deemed by the Contracting Officer. Telephone requests for information will not be accepted or returned. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The vendor will supply trained personnel to install fog seal coating during weekends to reduce the effect on Hospital Patients, visitors, and staff. |
