Description | Project consists of modification to one bathroom. "Bathtub Replacement" The Project consists of: modifications to one (1) existing bathroom. The Work of the Contract consists of: o Repair and renovation of one (1) shared, existing, handicapped-accessible shower and bathing room in this multi-dwelling unit elderly housing complex. o Removal of existing tub, hand shower, and controls. o Removal and re-installation of existing grab bars. o Installation of new grab bars. o Installation of new tub o Installation of new wall finish materials o Selective demolition and removal of existing conditions as indicated and/or as required to complete the Work. o Any and all Work, whether or not indicated, occurring in parts of the building other than the scheduled unit which may be required to successfully complete the scheduled Work . o Cutting, patching, and touching up in connection with the Work. o Restoration to at the this Project's pre-condition of: o Any items damage or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the Project Site. o Any of the Site's existing conditions not indicated for modification, but which may be damaged or destroyed by this Project's operations. o Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond. o Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. o Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. o Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. o Indicated work. o Incidental work (whether-or-not indicated) which is required for completion of all indicated Work. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: 1. Bathtub 2.
