Description | The work to be performed under the Purchase Order includes: Procurement and installation of one 24" inline storm water check valve at the Queen Street outfall. This includes preparation and cleaning of the outfall pipe. Installation may also require the use of barges and or hoists and timing of installation during low-tide periods. E-VERIFY COMPLIANCE PROVISION: North Carolina General Statute 143-133.3 prohibits the Town from entering into contracts with contractors and subcontractors who have not complied with the requirement of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Contactor shall comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Further, if contractor utilizes a subcontractor, contractor shall require the subcontractor to comply with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
