Construction of Loy Lake Road

This project consists of the reconstruction of Loy Lake from the US-75 service road to approximately 100 feet north of Odell Avenue. The reconstruction of Loy Lake includes the following: approximately 3,600 feet of 37' B-B undivided reinforced concrete pavement with curb and gutter and sidewalk on each side of the roadway, a round-a-bout, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer construction, a 6'-wide concrete trail, pavement markings, and signage. Bids received accordingly by the deadline will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 300 W. Main Street, Denison, Texas 75020. All inquiries and questions must be made in writing electronically , prior to 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. Engineer will provide to prospective Bidders of Record such Addenda as Engineer considers necessary in response to questions received The City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in any proposal. The City also reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products orservices as may appear advantageous, and in accordance with the law, to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the City. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the date on which bids are opened.
