2021 Roadway Improvement Program

The Base Contract will generally include the overlay of 10 Township roadways (53,056 SY/4,815 TON). The work along the Township roadways will also include 273 L.F. Standard Concrete Curb Replacements, 109 L.F. Concrete Driveway Depression Replacements, 165 L.F. Rolled Concrete Curb Replacements, 640 S.F. Concrete Sidewalk Replacements, 30 L.F. Concrete Cheek Wall, 7 EA Truncated Dome Inserts, 9 EA. Type C Inlet Top Replacements, 11 EA Sanitary Sewer Manhole Adjustments, 1 EA Traffic Signal Loop Replacements, 2,823 S.Y. Pavement Repair, 13,379 L.F. Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling, 52,211 S.Y. Asphalt Seal Coat, 920 TON Leveling/Scratch Course and the replacement of all Pavement Marking The Base Contract will also include the overlay of a parking area in Heebner Park (10,206 S.Y./950 TON). The work will also include 370 S.Y. of Pavement Repair, 80 GAL Rubberized Crack Seal, 30 L.F. Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will generally include the overlay of a portion of Barley Lane (5,107 SY/470 TON). The work will also include 153 S.Y. of Pavement Repair, 371 L.F. of Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling, 5,107 S.Y. of Asphalt Seal Coat, 85 TON of Leveling/Scratch Course and the replacement of 10 L.F. of Standard Concrete Curb. Alternate/Add-On No. 2 will generally include the overlay of a portion of Smith Road (1,183 S.Y./105 TON). The work will also include 150 S.Y. of Pavement Repair, 100 L.F. of Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling, 1,183 S.Y. of Asphalt Seal Coat and 20 TON of Leveling/Scratch Course. Alternate/Add-On No. 3 will generally include the overlay of a portion of Fieldcrest Way (2,620 S.Y./240 TON). The work will also include 50 S.Y. of Pavement Repair, 233 L.F. of Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling, 2,620 S.Y. of Asphalt Seal Coat and 45 TON of Leveling/Scratch Course. Alternate/Add-On No. 4 will generally include the overlay of the Sunnybrook Park parking lot (2,680 S.Y./240 TON). The work will also include 250 L.F. of Curbline/Intersection/Driveway Milling and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 5 will generally include the overlay of a parking lot at Nike Park (1,720 S.Y./160 TON)
