| Description | Contractor shall inspect, treat and maintain the county buildings as listed in the bid form for the control of roaches, ants, clothes moths, spiders, silverfish, paper mites, fleas, rodents and any other pest infestations including but not limited to: a. Treat the interior and exterior of all buildings a minimum of once every 30 days. b. Unlimited interim treatments between scheduled visits as necessary for pest control. Contractor will respond within 48 hours of notice that interim treatments are necessary. c. Interim treatments will be at the contractor's expense. d. All work shall be performed during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) Monday thru Friday. If this will interfere with county operations at that site then it will be the contractors’ responsibility to schedule the work with that office. e. Health Departments and the Veterans Clinic are to be treated either before or after hours; this should be scheduled with each Health Department. f. Building interiors are to be treated with “No Odor” chemicals. The duration of the Agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years from the date that the Parties have executed the Agreement, with an option to renew for three (3) additional, one (1) year periods. | ||||
