State Road 7 - Streetscape Improvements Project

State Road 7 beautification project consists of median and roadside plantings within the right-of-way of State Road 7 between NW 119th Street and NW 143rd Street. The scope of work consists of: furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and any other appurtenances necessary for the completion of this project as shown in the drawings and plant list. The design calls for the removal and relocation of existing trees in the medians, and the planting of new Native and Florida Friendly palm trees and ground cover plants in the medians. The project includes irrigation improvements for two medians, and the remaining median plantings will be required to be hand-watered by the awarded contractor. Eight existing trees or palms are to be relocated by the contractor within the City by a location designated by the North Miami Parks and Recreation Department.
