Description

Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements approximately 5,295 LF of 8" & 6" water, 7,078 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and 7,807 LF of 4' x 4' RCB through 18' RCP storm sewer, as per NCTCOG, Construction Plans and Kaufman County Municipal Utility District specifications, to serve 242 lots on approximately 47 acres. The project is located East of F.M. 741, North of I-20 and High Country Lane, in the City of Forney, Kaufman County, Texas.
