Blue Bell Aquatic Center Additional Parking

The objective of this project is to provide additional parking for residents who utilize the Therapy Pool at the Blue Bell Aquatic Center whose address is 1800 East Tom Green Street, Brenham, Texas 77833. The 6” thick reinforced concrete parking lot and driveway will be located on the south side of the Aquatic Center in the open grassed area between the Aquatic Center and Brenham Middle School and provide an additional twelve (12) parking stalls with six (6) of those being ADA Accessible. The parking lot will share access to Highway FM 577 with the most northern Brenham Middle School driveway. A concrete sidewalk will provide access to the southeast side of the building which is where the Therapy Pool is located. As part of this project, detention storage is being provided, existing drainage is being re-routed around the parking lot and driveway and an existing swing gate is being relocated.
