Coral Shores High School Pod AC Renovations

This contract is for renovations to air conditioning systems at Coral Shores High School described in the project documents prepared by AGI, dated February 14, 2022. These documents are found in Appendix D. This scope will include all labor and materials required to provide and install a complete operational system unless otherwise noted in this document. The school district will be providing the condensing unit only for CU 2909. What is being provided is found in Appendix E. This is to be a complete turnkey project. Work includes but is not limited to evaporator fan replacement, ductwork alterations, and complete installation of larger condensing unit. All materials, labor, subcontracts, and services required to make a complete and operational air conditioning system per the design documents shall be included in your pricing. The old system are to remain on line until after June 6, 2022. Project completion date is Aug. 1, 2022. If any factor including material and equipment lead times will prevent you from meeting this schedule it must be noted in your bid response.
