Description

The scope of this effort will be to conform to the highest of standards in providing full-time Air Conditioning Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor shall furnish all contract oversight, management; supervisory and technically trained personnel; uniforms, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide. Air Conditioning Maintenance & Repair Services. Contractor will provide a comprehensive HVAC Equipment full service agreement for repairs, installations, relocation and planned maintenance for PEO EIS buildings 1420, 1445, 1456 and 1189. The Contractor shall provide a full service warranty that shall be in effect for the life of the contract. Contractor shall provide onsite warranty and maintenance support to include, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, and workmanship, and respond on-site to HVAC problems. Vendor will ensure 100% functionality of the HVAC equipment.
