Request for Proposals Small Business Technical Assistance request for Proposals Small Business Technical Assistance County of Beaver Community Development Program in Accordance With the Common Rule (24 CFR Part 85.36) Which Establishes Standards for the Procurement of Property and Services Involving the Expenditure of Federal Funds, the County of Beaver Hereby Requests Proposals From Qualified Individuals and Firms for the Provision of Professional Housing and Community Development Consulting Services. The County of Beaver anticipates selecting a Small Business Technical Assistance consultant to assist the County with activities as described in the RFP for the 2022-2024 Program Years. This Request for Proposal (RFP) contains the most definitive statement of the purpose, scope of work and conditions that CDP is able to provide. It includes all the information necessary for agencies to submit a proposal.
