Lead or support Design and Construction team through obtaining permits, contract bidding and lender review. Support procurement of any consultants and contractors needed (write scope, develop list of possible contractors, review bids and answer FAQs, make recommendations to AHA for approval). Lead closing with State of CA HCD and other financial parties supporting AHA staff in negotiating terms and conditions. Consultant, at its sole expense, shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, all appropriate permits, certificates and licenses, including, but not limited to, a City of Alameda business license, that may be required in connection with the performance of services hereunder. All Confidential Information shall remain the property of the AHA. At AHA’s request and no later than five (5) business days after such request, Consultant shall promptly destroy or deliver to AHA, at AHA’s option, i) all materials furnished to Consultant, ii) all tangible media of expression in Consultant’s possession or control to the extend that such tangible media incorporate any of the Confidential Information, and iii) written certification of the Consultant’s compliance with such obligations under this sentence
