Description

The City of Hendersonville is accepting sealed bids for the following Pickleball Courts at Senior Center. The City reserves the right to refuse any and all bids. Accept the conditions for liquidated damages in the amount of $200 per day. Successful bidder shall obtain a City of Hendersonville business license, prior to beginning any work. The City of Hendersonville reserves the following rights: To waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and/or to award this contract to the bidder that best meets the needs of the City of Hendersonville.
