| Description | Deadline for questions / clarifications Friday, May 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM PT The term shall be for a one-year period from the effective date of the contract. The contract may be renewed for up to three (3) consecutive, two (2) year increments after the initial contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Vendor in writing of the intent to extend the contract.
