| Description | Turnkey replacement of the roof on the Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) administrative building located at 800 E Northside Dr., Ft. Worth, TX 76102. Remove approximately 20,000 sq. ft of existing bitumen roofing and flashings, taking care not to damage the layers underneath, and replace with Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing material. The TPO material must be a minimum thickness of 60 mil. The manufacturer of the TPO material must be FM Global approved. The contractor must include the roofing material manufacturer, thickness and warranty period as part of their proposal. Proposals that do not include the following shall be considered non-compliant, TPO roofing material, 60 mil or greater in thickness, minimum 20 year warranty. |
