Pheasant Lane Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation The Project includes the following Work: Surface preparation and repainting of the 500,000+ gallon Pheasant Lane welded steel water storage tank interior having dimensions of 24 ft. tall and 60 ft. in diameter. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of opening but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. The Village of Endicott reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids.
