Description

DCAMM Certification Required. The Project consists of: interior deconstruction of four non-accessible units (all units are located in one building) and construction of interior partitions, kitchens, bathrooms, door assemblies, electrical, plumbing and masonry reconstruction. Site-work includes the removal of asphalt sidewalks and parking area, re-grading around building and installation of new concrete accessible sidewalks and asphalt parking areas meeting accessibility requirements. First floor patio's need to be removed and reconstructed to meet ADA requirements.
