| Description | 1. Building Interior Renovation: Work generally consists of selective demolition of interior elements, interior renovations, including concrete slab, interior gypsum board walls, finishes, fixtures, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, modifications to existing sprinkler system, small alterations to the existing entrances, a new canopy over the main and side entrances (Alternate), water line service separation including placing a new meter (Alternate), and all associated miscellaneous work as specified herein. 2. Building Envelope Repairs: Work generally consists of cleaning, preparing, and applying a flexible roof membrane on the existing metal roof, repairing internal gutters including replacement or addition of flashings as well as adding emergency overflows, replacement of sealant joints and backer rod around all windows, doors, and expansion joints, and all associated miscellaneous work as specified herein. |
