Demolition of a Certain Structure - 209 South River Street

The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of the following structure: A.Demolition of site- 209 S River St., Batavia, IL 60510 This is a public works project, which requires payment of prevailing rates of wages in accordance with Illinois law. The Owner encourages minority business firms to submit bids for the performance of the Work and the successful bidder to utilize minority businesses as subcontractors and suppliers for labor, equipment, and services. The Batavia Park District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid proposals or to accept any bid proposal, which in its judgement, will be to the best interest of the public, or to waive any informalities in bidding. Only bid proposals in compliance with the provisions of the Contract Documents will be considered. No bids shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date of opening.
