Continuing Services for Construction and Renovation Projects Valued $100K - $500K on a Task Authorization Basis

Scope of Services It is the intent of this solicitation to engage multiple qualified general contractors or companies to provide construction and renovation services on a continuing services task authorization basis for projects with an estimated value between $100,000 and $500,000. The selected general contractors or companies will be placed on a short list of contractors to quote certain construction work on an as-needed basis. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question End Date 3/17/2023 2:00 PM - Questions regarding this solicitation must be received in writing to the address indicated above, or via email, no later than Friday, March 17, 2023, at 2:00PM Local Time. Responses to those questions considered material to the solicitation shall be distributed via form Addendum and posted to the County's vendor bid notification website at https://vendorlink.osceola.org Minority and Woman-owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Local Small Business Enterprise Programs (LSBE) with a combined goal of 25%.
