These pumping plants are located along the San Juan Lateral. This notice is a tool to identify small businesses that have both the technical expertise and bonding capability to accomplish the work required for NGWSP PP 2 & 3 and is for informational purposes only. Information obtained through this notice may be used to determine the potential for issuing a future solicitation for this project as a total small business set-aside, and to provide input for the Government's overall acquisition strategy. The NGWSP is a major infrastructure project that once constructed, will convey a reliable municipal and industrial water supply from the San Juan River to the eastern section of the Navajo Nation, southwestern portion of the Jicarilla Apache Nation, and the city of Gallup, New Mexico via about 300 miles of pipeline, 19 pumping plants, and two water treatment plants. This is NOT a Request for Proposals or an Invitation for Bids and does not constitute any commitment by the Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. All interested sources must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to the sources sought notice. The NAICS code for this project is 237110 Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a small business size standard of $39.5 million. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Four Corners Construction Office, has a requirement for construction work on Pumping Plants 2 & 3 of the NGWSP. The principal components of work for PP 2 & 3 include, but are not limited to, the following: i. Construct Pumping Plant No. 2 and the following components: a. Access Road. b. Metal Building. c. Vertical Centrifugal Can-Type Pumps. d. Steel Manifold Piping. e. Air Chambers. f. Electrical System. g. Water Storage Tank. h. Precast Concrete Manholes and Vaults. i. SCADA System. j. Continuous chlorine residual sampling system. ii. Construct Pumping Plant No. 3 and the following components: a. Access Road. b. Metal Building. c. Vertical Centrifugal Can-Type Pumps. d. Steel Manifold Piping. e. Air Chambers. f. Electrical System. g. Water Storage Tank. h. Precast Concrete Manholes and Vaults. i. SCADA System. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000 LOCATION OF THE WORK: For Pumping Plant 2, work is located approximately15 miles south of Shiprock, NM and 4 miles east of U.S. Highway 491, in San Juan County. Project is on the south side of Indian Service Route 5017/8720. For Pumping Plant 3, work is located approximately 22 miles south of Shiprock, NM in San Juan County. Project is east of U.S. Highway 491. INFORMATION REQUESTED: When responding to this notice, respondents are asked to provide the following information: 1.
