| Description | The State Preservation Board (SPB) is requesting bids from qualified vendors to demolish and dispose of existing carpet, and install new carpet in Herzstein Hall, an approximately seven thousand square foot (7,000sf) room inside the Bullock Texas State History Museum. Services include scraping of old adhesive and floor prep to skim coat old adhesive as needed. One (1) approximately twelve-foot (12') transition strip needed at gallery exit to back of house and two (2) three-foot (3') transitions needed at door openings. No baseboard is required. |
