Lot 11 Mass Grading Project

Rockingham County is soliciting bids for a mass grading project located on Energy Court (Reidsville Industrial Park), Reidsville NC 27320. Rockingham County is soliciting bids for a mass grading project located on Energy Court (Reidsville Industrial Park), Reidsville NC 27320. The project shall include but is not limited to the following: grubbing, clearing and grading of an approximate 14.48-acre industrial site. Site storm water control, concrete culverts, piping and erosion control devices. Gravel driveway, parking and site seeding. All work will be under a NCDEQ Storm Water permit. Licensed general contractors for the State of North Carolina are invited to bid this project for Rockingham County. The selected Contractor shall have appropriate General Liability Insurance and Worker's Compensation Insurance as required by Rockingham County. Performance and Payment Bonds for the full contract price are required for this project. The requirements for submitting a proposal are stated in this Request for Proposal. Rockingham County invites and encourages participations in this procurement process by minority-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and business owned by disabled persons.
