Lock and Dam 5A concrete slab. This Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being conducted using FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is not an Invitation for Bids (IFB) and no bid bond is required. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors w ith a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is betw een $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance w ith FAR 28.102-1(b); payment protection is required for any resultant contract greater than $35,000. If contract aw ard is for under $35,000, no payment protection is required. Should the contract aw ard exceed $150,000, performance and payment bonds are required. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
