Is the leaseleaseback contractor for the jordan hs phase 3b building 10000 major renovation existing classroom & science lab building 10000 (a#52079 & a#03101501), existing classroom layouts to remain. Trades to include and not limited to concrete, rebar, metal fabrications, railing, rough carpentry, casework, insulation, fireproofing, joint sealants, doors & frames, glazing, drywall & metal studs, plaster, tile, acoustic ceiling, flooring, painting, visual displays, tack wall, signs, toilet accessories, fire sprinklers, and plumbing. The Previous Phase 3A Bid long lead trades in November 2022, these included demolition, abatement, sheet metal, roofing, metal roof panels, operable partition, HVAC, electrical and low voltage.
