The Project is located within the town of Clinton, Whidbey Island, Island County, Washington. The Project is located on SR 525 from Milepost (MP) 8.51 to MP 8.96 within Section 24 of Township 29 North, Range 3 East and Section 30 of Township 29 N, Range 4 E (Willamette Meridian). The Project will enhance pedestrian connectivity by improving the pedestrian access route between the Washington State Ferry Terminal and the Transit Park and Ride. Structures that will be modified include sidewalks, roadbeds, illumination, and drainage improvements. Lighting improvements, ADA compliance and safety. Work associated with the project includes placing curbing, sidewalk repair, lighting, traffic control and other work.
