Saint Mark Missionary Baptist Church Restroom Addition Project

For the Proposed St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church Restroom Addition Project. The work includes but is not limited to, roofing, wood framed restroom building addition, masonry work, plumbing, new flooring, electrical work, emergency lighting, brick veneer and new AC units. The construction contract time shall be 240 days. Bids must be enclosed in an opaque envelope addressed to St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 1638 Clinton-Raymond Road, Clinton, MS 39056 bearing the name and address of the bidder. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within fifteen (15) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bid. The Management and Staff of the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept and award the bid to the lowest and best qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church. Any contract awarded under this Advertisement for Bids is expected to be financed in whole or in part by funds from a private commercial bank loan or other available funding sources.. Neither the private commercial bank or lending agency nor any of their departments, agencies or employees is or will be a party to this advertisement for bids or any resulting construction contract. This procurement will be subject to all applicable sections of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated.
