Security Upgrade for the Wichita VA Medical Center

This Statement of Work describes professional service requirements for work to be done to upgrade the Building 5/5B Security System Panels, as well as, upgrade Building 26 Specialty Care back door security system, with brand specific iStar panels for the C-Cure 9000 access control system. The Contractor shall provide all necessary supplies, materials, equipment, labor, testing, certification, expert supervision, management, and transportation to satisfactorily perform all tasks as identified within. DEFINITIONS/ACRONYMS CO - Contracting Officer: The Contracting Officer is a person with the authority to enter into, administer, and/or terminate contracts and make related determinations and findings. The term includes certain authorized representatives of the Contracting Officer acting within the limits of their authority as delegated by the Contracting Officer. COR - Contracting Officer Technical Representative: Is responsible to furnish technical guidance and advice or generally monitor the work performed under the contract. Representatives will not be authorized to make any commitments or changes, which will affect the price, quantity, and quality or delivery terms.
