Architect and Engineering Services Preliminary Design of West Linn Public Works Operation Facility CITY OF WEST LINN, OREGON The City of West Linn is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experiencedfirms to provide Architecture and Engineering professional services in thepreliminary design of a new operationsfacility. This request for qualifications shall beused to compile a list of interested andqualified firms who will be ranked inaccordance with procedures as outlinedin this document and the City's LocalContracting Rules. Qualified firm(s)selected will negotiate compensationrequirements upon completion of thequal ifi cations based selection ofcandidates. Do not include any price orcost consider ations with this Statement ofQualifications (SOQ). Project details and SOQ submittalrequire ments may be viewed at no costthrough the City of West Linn's website. If youwish to receive any future addenda forthis project please login to the City's bidmanagement website and add yourcompany to the plan holders list.Questions must also be submittedthrough the website. The City may reject any proposal not incompliance with all prescribed publicbidding procedures and requirements andmay reject for good cause any or allproposals upon determination of the Cityit is in the public interest to do so .Proposers are required to certifynon-discrimination in employmentpractices and identify resident status asdefined in ORS 279A.120. All proposersare required to comply with the provisionsof Oregon Revised Statutes and LocalContract Review Board Policy.
