Description

The Kentucky State Capitol ANNEX project Bid Package 01 and 03 consists of interior renovations of the Capitol Annex. The Milestone Construction Schedule included at the end of this section is to be used by each subcontractor for bidding purposes and for the development of their own detailed schedule. The milestone dates, specifically the Substantial Completion date, are fixed, and represent the effective date(s) upon which the applicable damage clauses specified elsewhere in the Contract Documents will be enforced Lean Construction Scheduling Philosophy will be utilized on this Project, and it is a part of this Bid Package as described in paragraph 1.3.C, below.
