Modular Housing for Silverdale Detention Center

The qualified vendor will be responsible for all phases of the work associated with the design, manufacture, construction, site preparation planning, transportation and installation of a modular building to be used for inmate housing. This work will include, but is not limited to; modular building construction, pre-construction design modification, site design and preparation, permitting, modular transportation, installation, and commissioning of the modular structure. The awarded vendor will also be responsible for ensuring NFPA and Life Safety Code compliant Fire Detection (fire alarms) and Fire Suppression (sprinklers) systems are in place throughout the modular structure. The modular structure will be approximately 31,000 square feet.
