| Description | Jefferson County is the most populous county in the state of Alabama and is in the central portion of state. The county seat is in Birmingham. As of the 2020 Census, the population was 674,721. The County covers 1,124 square miles. Jefferson County is one of eight counties in Alabama with a limited form of home rule government. ll recipients of this solicitation are required to complete and return the enclosed Notification of Intent. Only those vendors submitting the Notification of Intent will be advised of any clarifications, addendum, answers to inquiries, etc. pertaining to this ITB. Notification of Intent should be emailed to LINDSEYC@JCCAL.ORG on 11/23/2022. Telephone inquiries with questions regarding clarification on any and all specifications of the ITB will not be accepted.
