| Description | The Oswego County Department of Solid Waste (DSW) collects discarded electronics, including household batteries, televisions and microwave ovens, at six (6) locations within Oswego County. These components are collected from homeowners as well as from businesses. The DSW is seeking proposals from qualified electronics recyclers to provide collection bins, pick-up of collected electronics and recycling of same as described herein for all six (6) locations in the County. |
