Description

Install flood mitigation and prevention elements at critical assets on the Rockaway Line in the Borough of Queens (the “Contract”). The flood mitigation and prevention elements shall be designed to reduce exposure to damage and to minimize delays in return to operation following a shutdown caused by severe meteorological events, such as hurricanes and floods.
