Emergency Services

The Contractor shall provide Emergency Services, on an as-needed basis, for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Office of Correctional Safety (OCS). The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B 1, Rate Sheet, and/or Exhibit B-2, Contractors Published Price List (incorporated by reference) and/or Exhibit B-3, Hired Equipment Program Supplier Participation Manual, Term May 1, 2020 April 30, 2023 or newest version. Services shall include all labor, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, licenses, permits, supervision, inspection, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem, and every other item of expense necessary to provide Emergency Services for institutions and facilities identified on Exhibit E, List of Participating Institutions, and every other CDCR location known and unknown in the State of California. Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services October 1, 2022 Termination of Agreement September 30, 2025 Letters of Inquiry September 1, 2022, at 7:00 AM This is a Master Contract in which a single Purchase Order (PO) will be issued. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation reserve the right to augment the Master Agreement dollar amount by 25% to 100% of the total bid amount.
