Description

**As of 2/23/2021 This is a design project. Construction start is not anticipated before July 2023. Water Reclamation Plant No. 4 (WRP 4) is owned and operated by CVWD and is located in an unincorporated area of Riverside County near the community of Thermal. WRP 4 has a design capacity of 9.9 million gallons per day (MGD) and operatesat an average annual flow of 5.0 MGD. Maximum month and maximum day flows are approximately 5.8 MGD and 7.3 MGD, respectively, and generally occur in the winter months. CVWD intends to initiate this project on September 15, 2020, anticipating completion on June 30, 2021. Respondents to this RFP must be able and willing to commit the necessary resources to complete the project within this timeframe.
