Bypass New road construction involving oil field debris removal, overhead power line & pole removal and relocation; right of way clearing, drainage improvements, subgrade preparation, flexible base installation, HMAC installation, pavement markings, shoulder grading, signage, fencing, waterline casings, electrical conduits, and overhead lighting. County Road 300-1 Existing roadway widening from two lanes to five lanes, drainage structure extension, sign relocation, overhead lighting installation, pavement markings, and driveway reconstruction. County Road 100 Existing roadway that is partially paved and majority caliche base to paved two lane road, fencing, cattle guard removal, cattle guard installation, pavement markings, signage, and waterline casing. Collins Street partial existing roadway and partial new construction of paved two lane road and drainage improvements. Pecos Street Existing roadway in need of additional 2 HMAC and converting from two way traffic to one way traffic. Dallas Street Existing roadway in need of additional 2 HMAC and converting from two way traffic to one way traffic. County Road 200 Existing roadway in need of seal coat and restripe County Road 300-2 Existing roadway from mile marker 2.1 to 20.6, in need of seal coat and restripe. County Road 403 Existing roadway in need of additional 2 of HMAC and restripe. County Road 407 Existing roadway in need of seal coat and restripe. Hilltop Drive, Avenue A, Avenue B Existing roadway in need of additional 2 of HMAC and restripe.
