Description

Plans call for the demolition of former Saint Peter Marian High School in order to construct a new senior living complex with associated site work. Work includes 138 independent apartments and 32 memory care apartments; a commercial kitchen; dining, living, multi-purpose, and associated common rooms; and administrative and service spaces. PLEASE NOTE: - Please do not contact the owner, architect, or consultants directly or visit the site without prior authorization. - RFIs are due in writing to crichardson@windover.com no later than Wednesday, 10/18. - This project is TAX EXEMPT and has NO prevailing wage requirements. - Location: 781 & 783 Grove Street and 94 Parkton Avenue. - Demolition and abatement will begin in January 2024, followed by site work in March. The project is expected to take two years to complete, wrapping up in February 2026. *The owner, architect and design team request that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the Construction Manager ONLY.
