| Description | The Town of Okeene, Oklahoma is soliciting bids for the demolition and removal of the dilapidated car wash structures located at 102 N. Oak, Okeene, Oklahoma. The demolition is for the two columned structures and the concrete driveways and wash pits will remain. Questions should be addressed to Richard Raupe, the Town Administrator at 580-822-3035. Have OKIE on site to mark all utilities before commencing work. Demolish and remove all structures, equipment, materials and junk from the Project Site and deposit in an approved disposal facility, except as hereinabove stated. Except as otherwise provided, demolish and remove all foundations, pipes and other appurtenances to 24 inches below grade level. The Project Site shall be left in a condition that a building or parking lot could be constructed on the site. Provide good quality topsoil for filling and leveling all low areas of the property, if any. Be responsible for the inspection of the sanitary sewer service line for proper capping. Be responsible for leveling lot and leaving it in a condition that will permit routine mowing. |
