Historic Ranch House, Pump House and Granary lead abatement, historical wood replacements/repairs, and painting. A. Ranch House: Perform scraping, preparation, containment, abatement and encapsulation of lead-based paint on gable ends/soffit/fascia per Stiles Environmental Report attached. Repair/scrape/prime and paint (6) exterior windows. Perform necessary repairs/replacements of damaged/rotted gable end cedar shingles and miscellaneous areas identified at site visit. Replacement cedar shingles shall match existing profile and must be approved by City. After encapsulation of lead base paint, paint (2) coats of topcoat, manufacturer Sherwin Williams, Satin Exterior “Duration” Product, both base and trim. B. Pump House: Remove and reinstall existing gutters after repairs and painting are complete. Perform lead paint abatement same as Ranch House. Scrape/repair and paint exterior windows. Miscellaneous siding/door repairs identified at site visit. After encapsulation of lead base paint, paint (2) coats of topcoat, manufacturer Sherwin Williams, Satin Exterior “Duration” Product, both base and trim. C. Granary: Perform lead paint abatement same as Ranch House. Perform miscellaneous repairs on siding and doors identified at site visit. After encapsulation of lead base paint, paint (2) coats of topcoat, manufacturer Sherwin Williams, Satin “Duration” Product, both base and trim.
