Optimist Pool Lights Support Replacement

*As of 10/24/2022 this project has been cancelled. The content team is actively seeking information for a possible rebid in the future.* The project consists of replacing existing steel supports to type 316 stainless steel for lights above the pool. The bid shall provide the cost for furnishing all necessary equipment, materials, labor, related services and complying with all related Federal (EPA, OSHA, HUD), State and Local regulations. Bid Documents include this Request for Bids, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, Sample contract, Sales Tax Report, MBE form, and General Conditions. The proposal documents also include specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of proposals. All requirements and obligations of the Bid Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Vendor upon award of the contract. Each Contractor by submitting his Bid represents that he has read and understands that Bid Documents and his Bid is made in accordance therewith; and Contractor agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Proposal and Contract Documents; that he has visited the site, has familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated his observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents.
