The City of Aberdeen is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide Engineering services to include survey, project management, transportation design, stormwater design, NEPA CE, pre-ROW, ROW, and construction management as part of a Federally funded project to construct pedestrian improvements including curb, gutter, sidewalks, and ramps and other enhancements as necessary to complete gaps between N Williams St and Myrtle St.
